Sacred Heart School offers the following sports programs:
- Fall: Boys’ and Girls’ Cross Country
- Fall: Co-ed Soccer
- Winter: Boys’ and Girls’ Basketball
- Spring: Boys’ and Girls’ Track
Students in grades four through eighth are eligible to play.

Play Like a Champion
Parents:
All parents who wish for their child to take part in sports are required to complete PLACT training. If you have attended a training session in the past, you do not need to repeat it. Training for parents is now offered online as well as the usual in-person trainings. Directions for the online training are listed below:

One the first screen, select "Diocese of Norwich" as your League

Select your school or parish

Complete the training and turn your certificate into the school
Coaches:
PLACT training for coaches remains in-person. All coaches must be cleared by the Office of Safe Environments, and these volunteers forms must be submitted.
