The Guild is the parent-teacher organization of Sacred Heart School. It is also a great opportunity to meet other families and your child’s classmates.
We have a fantastic group of families here at Sacred Heart School and, through your hard work and support, we have been able to accomplish a great deal. Thank you to all who have given your time and effort to make your Guild a success and the school a better place for your children.
The Guild is also the fundraising and social organization for the school. Fundraisers are our main source of income and your support is needed and appreciated.
Please consider volunteering for our fundraisers and events this year. Your children and their education are the direct beneficiaries of our efforts.
Our 2026 Annual Fall Fundraiser is underway. Envelopes went home with students on Friday (9/11), to be returned every Friday. You can read the Parent Letter here.
The Parents’ Guild has created a Betterworld link for the 2026 Fall Festival for any parents, grandparents, and friends who would like to take advantage of matching donations from Charter Oak or their employers. Charter Oak matching donation began on August 12. All funds raised (and matches) will be credited to your child for the Fall Festival and will count toward his or her individual prizes and class incentives. The fundraiser will conclude on Saturday, October 24 with the Fall Festival.
